Ruth M Smith Center

Ruth M. Smith Center, in Sheffield, provides services to children, age 2 months and up, through the elderly, including: a licensed pre-school and daycare; community recreation programs; a licensed personal care home; food pantry; and a Warren County Head Start program. Smith Center operates under the guidance of the United Methodist Board of Global Ministries.
